Privacy Notice
Srri Easwari Marketing Sdn Bhd (201901026882), of 9A, Jalan Anggerik Mokara 31/56, Kota Kemuning, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor D.E., is the data user responsible for your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
The personal data we collect
When you order: name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, order contents, and payment status.
When you open a trade account: company name, SSM registration number, LHDN TIN, SST number where you have one, business type, contact person, business address, and your SSM certificate if you attach one.
When you contact us: whatever you tell us in the message.
Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, cookie data.
We do not store card numbers. Payment is handled by our payment provider and card details do not reach our servers.
Where it comes from
From you directly. We do not buy personal data or collect it from third parties.
Why we process it
- to take, pack and deliver your order
- to issue invoices and LHDN e-invoices
- to answer questions and handle returns and complaints
- to assess trade applications and operate credit accounts
- to keep the accounting and transaction records the law requires
- to send marketing, only where you have asked for it
Whether you have to give it to us
Fields marked required at checkout or on the trade application are obligatory. Without them we cannot deliver an order, issue a valid e-invoice, or assess a trade account, and we will not be able to proceed. Everything else is optional.
Who we may disclose it to
- EasyParcel and the courier you choose, to deliver to you
- Commerce Pay, our payment gateway, to take payment
- Our accounting and e-invoicing systems, for invoicing and tax filing
- Government authorities, including LHDN, where the law requires
- Our IT, hosting and email providers, who maintain the systems the data sits in
- Klaviyo, our email marketing platform, which receives your email address and
purchase history where you have opted in to marketing
- Reddit and Snapchat, which receive advertising and analytics data about
your visit through tags on this site, where you have consented to those cookies
We do not sell your personal data.
Delivery is arranged through EasyParcel and the courier you select, and payment through Commerce Pay. Both receive the data they need to do their part and nothing beyond it.
Where it is kept
On servers operated by our hosting provider. Where personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: seven years, as Malaysian tax law requires
- Electronic transaction records: at least two years, per CPETTR 2024
- Account details: until you ask us to close your account
- Trade application documents including SSM certificates: while the account is
open, and seven years after it closes
We do not keep personal data longer than the purpose requires.
Security
Uploaded business documents are stored outside the public web root under non-guessable filenames, readable only by staff who need them. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for their work.
No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee the security of data while it travels to us over the internet.
Keeping it accurate
We take reasonable steps to keep your data accurate and up to date. You can correct your details at any time in your account, or by writing to us.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may:
- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date
- withdraw consent to processing
- stop processing for direct marketing
- limit processing that causes you damage or distress

Cookies
Essential cookies keep your basket, keep you signed in, and let checkout work. The site cannot function without these, so they are set without asking.
Analytics and advertising cookies are set by Klaviyo, Reddit and Snapchat so we can measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. These are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the same banner.
You can also block cookies in your browser, but the basket and checkout will not work without the essential ones.
Changes
Changes are posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will not be made silently.

Data peribadi yang dikumpul
Semasa membuat pesanan: nama, alamat e-mel, nombor telefon, alamat penghantaran dan pengebilan, butiran pesanan dan status pembayaran.
Semasa membuka akaun perdagangan: nama syarikat, nombor pendaftaran SSM, TIN LHDN, nombor SST (jika ada), jenis perniagaan, nama pegawai untuk dihubungi, alamat perniagaan, dan salinan sijil SSM sekiranya dilampirkan.
Secara automatik: alamat IP, jenis pelayar, halaman yang dilayari, data kuki.
Kami tidak menyimpan nombor kad kredit. Pembayaran dikendalikan oleh penyedia perkhidmatan pembayaran kami.
Sumber data
Daripada anda sendiri. Kami tidak membeli data peribadi atau mengumpulnya daripada pihak ketiga.
Tujuan pemprosesan
- memproses, membungkus dan menghantar pesanan anda
- mengeluarkan invois dan e-Invois LHDN
- menjawab pertanyaan serta menguruskan pemulangan dan aduan
- menilai permohonan akaun perdagangan dan menguruskan terma kredit
- menyimpan rekod perakaunan dan transaksi seperti dikehendaki undang-undang
- menghantar bahan pemasaran, hanya jika anda memintanya
Sama ada wajib diberikan
Maklumat yang ditandakan wajib semasa pembayaran atau dalam borang permohonan akaun perdagangan adalah wajib. Tanpanya kami tidak dapat menghantar pesanan, mengeluarkan e-Invois yang sah, atau menilai akaun perdagangan anda, dan kami tidak dapat meneruskan urusan. Maklumat lain adalah pilihan.
Pendedahan kepada pihak ketiga
EasyParcel dan syarikat kurier pilihan anda, Commerce Pay (pembayaran), sistem perakaunan dan e-Invois, pihak berkuasa kerajaan termasuk LHDN apabila dikehendaki undang-undang, penyedia perkhidmatan IT, hosting dan e-mel kami, serta Klaviyo (pemasaran e-mel), Reddit dan Snapchat (pengiklanan dan analitik) tertakluk kepada persetujuan anda.
Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda.
Tempoh penyimpanan
Rekod pesanan dan cukai: tujuh tahun. Rekod transaksi elektronik: sekurang-kurangnya dua tahun. Butiran akaun: sehingga anda meminta akaun ditutup. Dokumen permohonan perdagangan termasuk sijil SSM: sepanjang akaun aktif dan tujuh tahun selepas ditutup.
Keselamatan
Dokumen perniagaan yang dimuat naik disimpan di luar direktori awam dengan nama fail yang tidak boleh diteka, dan hanya boleh diakses oleh kakitangan yang memerlukannya.
Hak anda
Di bawah PDPA, anda berhak untuk memohon salinan data peribadi anda, membetulkan data yang tidak tepat atau tidak lengkap, menarik balik persetujuan, menghentikan pemprosesan untuk pemasaran langsung, dan mengehadkan pemprosesan yang menyebabkan kerugian atau tekanan.
