Description

Stoneground wholemeal wheat flour for chapati, roti canai and puri. Soft, high-extraction, and it hydrates without going tough.

Atta is milled from the whole wheat berry, bran and germ included, which is why a chapati made with it stays soft and pliable where one made with plain flour goes leathery. Knead, rest, and it will roll thin without tearing.
